RECOM Technologies Main Sponsor at the annual conference of POSPIEF

16 April 2024: RECOM Technologies, the only manufacturer of Bloomberg Tier 1 photovoltaic modules in Europe with an annual production capacity of over 3.2GW, was present this year as Main Sponsor at the annual conference of the Panhellenic Federation of Photovoltaic Energy Producers Associations (P.O.S.P.E.E.F.), held on Saturday 13 April 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Thessaloniki.

The cooperation between RECOM and POSPIEF underlines the company’s orientation towards the development and offer of high quality technologically advanced solutions in the energy sector, with the ultimate aim of accelerating the transition to more sustainable forms of energy through the development of photovoltaic solutions.

Mr. Panos Kapros, Technical Product Manager, presented the integrated photovoltaic system solutions to the delegates, analyzing the residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial and large-scale applications. He also presented REPOWER, the new company of the group that offers integrated solutions for the design, installation and maintenance of Photovoltaic Systems in Greece.

The conference was impressively well attended, gathering more than 700 producers from all over Greece, while politicians, representatives of institutional bodies of the Energy sector and managers of the energy sector, as well as businessmen-producers were also present. More specifically, the event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Environment and Energy, Alexandra Sdoukou, the President and CEO of DAPEEP Ioannis Yarentis, high-ranking executives of ADMIE, DEDDIE, DAPEEP and RAEAY, as well as representatives of political parties.

The Federation’s annual event was another productive and constructive meeting for the sector, which is a particularly dynamic part of the RES market, as well as strengthening the local economies of the Greek region.
